چکیده

In the present study, Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae DD3 isolated from textile industry dye effluent in West Bengal, India, displayed significant tolerance to sulfonated di-azo Congo red (CR), up 500 ppm. The optimum decolourisation revealed that C. was capable of 96.52% 0.2 g L−1 CR within 12 h treatment presence 5 glucose as supplementary carbon source. Biodegradation analysis decolourised containing water investigated by FTIR, MS and 1H NMR, which confirmed absence azo bond well toxic aromatic amines. Further, phytotoxicity performed assess toxicity before after bacterial treatment. Growth indexes Vigna radiata L. seed biodegraded non-phytotoxic comparison control solution. Multivariate analyses same, showing differences between measured plant health indicators for solutions, whereas no were found distilled treated water. This study is novel it first report degradation may lead a sustainable way treating dye-contaminated near future.

The study was investigated the decolorization potentials of certan selected microbial species (bacterial) to an actual textile dyeing industry effluent. All the microbes tested namely (bacterial) Bacillus sp, pseudomonas sp, Acineto bacter, Legionella and Staphylococcus (bacterial) showed greater potential in decolorizing the dye effluent. Bacterial decolorization of textile effluents were crit...
